TheRun.gr is a running race directory for Greece, accessible at therun.gr. Protecting your personal data is important to us.

Race submission form: Race name, date, location, distances, website, and optionally the submitter's contact email.
Contact form: Name, email, subject and message.
Analytics data: Anonymous usage data via Vercel Analytics (country, pages visited, device).

Data is used exclusively for:

Managing and publishing running races on the platform.
Responding to messages sent via the contact form.
Improving the website user experience.

4. Data security

Data is stored on secure servers via Supabase with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We implement database-level security policies (Row Level Security) to restrict access.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for the operation of the website, as well as analytics cookies via Vercel Analytics. Analytics cookies collect anonymous data and do not personally identify the user. You can accept or reject cookies via the banner that appears on your first visit.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data may only be shared with service providers we use (Supabase, Vercel) in the context of operating the website.
